Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Because Salt Glory products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

We will review the issue and work with our production partner to provide an appropriate resolution when the issue qualifies.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS?

For qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, the appropriate resolution may include a replacement or refund.
